Joe Boulanger has been serving on our pastoral staff since 2007 and was appointed to serve as Killian Hill Baptist Church's Senior Pastor in 2022. Joe oversees all aspects of our church and school ministry and shepherds the church through member care and ministering the Word weekly. 

As a pastor, Joe caringly shepherds our people through expository preaching and counseling. His humble spirit and caring personality enable him to invest effectively in the lives of our congregation.  He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Killian Hill Baptist Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them, and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Joe is a native of Michigan, and outside of spending time with his family, he enjoys good books, good coffee, and spending time outdoors.

Joe's educational experience includes a B.A. in Bible and an M.Div.

Joe has been happily married since 2008 to his wife, Lauren. They have three daughters: Alaina, Madeline, and Annalyse.

Josh Munné has been on staff at Killian Hill since 2017 and serves as our Associate Pastor. Josh helps oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of our church and is deeply involved in member care, discipleship, Bible teaching, and leadership development. 

Josh has a deep passion for the local church and loves equipping people to use their gifts for the good of others and the glory of God. Josh believes in upholding and promoting biblical truth above all else and desires to see Killian Hill know Christ and make Him known. Josh is a native of California and grew up in a pastor's home. He loves discussing theology, watching and playing sports, eating good BBQ, and spending time with family. 

Josh has a degree in Pastoral Ministry and is currently pursuing a Master's in Ministry. He is certified in biblical counseling and has over 10 years of experience working in local church ministry.

Josh is happily married to his wife, Sarah. They have two daughters: Jane and Gwen.

Seth joined the pastoral staff of Killian Hill in 2024. Seth oversees our music ministry and family ministries. On a weekly basis, Seth leads our congregation in intentional worship and adoration of our God and Savior. 

Seth’s gifting and passion for music are only outweighed by his love and devotion to the local church and shepherding God’s people to know Him better. He has traveled on evangelistic/musical ministry teams and has several years of ministry experience at churches in Texas and Wisconsin.

Seth's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Music Education and a Master of Music in Church Music. 

Seth is married to his wife, Deanna, and they have three children, Canaan, Selah, and Laurel. 

Kwame serves as our Student Life Pastor, overseeing discipleship, chapel, and student counseling for Killian Hill Christian School. His life and ministry are deeply Gospel-centric, and he strongly desires to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children and see students know God and grow in Him. 

Kwame is currently in seminary pursuing a Master's in Bible. Before coming to Killian Hill, Kwame worked in the medical field for over 19 years and served as an associate pastor and evangelism director for a church plant in SW Georgia.  

Kwame is originally from Detroit and loves engaging with students and spending time with his family. Kwame and his wife Jasmine have three children: Elizabeth Grace, Elijah, and Ava. 

Mark serves as the Head of School for Killian Hill Christian School. Before assuming his ministry at KHCS, Mark enjoyed 30 years of serving as the Head of School at two schools in Georgia, one in Rhode Island, and one in Connecticut. Mark believes there is simply no greater joy than to see children walk in God’s truth, and as children transition into adulthood, the joy of seeing that growth increases exponentially.

Mark and his dedicated team strive daily to create a welcoming, nurturing environment as they seek to train scholars, make disciples, and graduate leaders. For more than 50 years, KHCS has been considered one of the premier Christian schools in the Greater Atlanta area. 

Mark's educational experience includes two Masters Degrees and a Doctorate in Education. 

Mark has been married to Teri for over 40 years. They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren. In addition to spending time with his grandkids, Mark enjoys home-building, renovation projects, and all things soccer.
