College & Career
Summer Bible Study

This summer, we will be starting up a College and Career Bible Study on Wednesday evenings in the Library (Building D)! We will begin on Wednesday, May 14 and go throughout the summer weeks. The only exceptions would be June 11 and 18 for Soccer Camp.
We will be going through the book A Quest for More, by Paul David Tripp, which develops the truth that we were created for transcendence (living for God’s kingdom), not autonomy (living for our own little kingdom). We are very excited to grow together this summer. A lot of you may already have summer plans, but we would love for you to be able to attend even some of the weeks if you can!
For planning purposes, please email Matt Lewis (mlewis@khcs.org) if you are interested in attending, and we will get you on an email list with some more details! If you need a copy of the book, you may also request one when you email Matt Lewis. If you know of others who would like to join, anyone is welcome!

We will have our monthly Purpose Group meetings followed by a praise and potluck in the lunchroom. We ask everyone to bring a dish to share. Food may be dropped off in the lunchroom prior to Purpose Groups. The church will provide drinks. We hope everyone will plan to attend!

1. Graduate Open House Information - if you are having an open house and would like to invite the church family, please email the church office (office@khbc.org). Please include the date, time, and location so that it can be posted in the church calendar, in the digital bulletin, and in the church foyer.
2. Graduate Recognition (Sunday, June 1) - If you are graduating with a GED/diploma, college degree, or post-grad degree, please contact the church office (office@khbc.org) so that we may include you in the graduate recognition portion of our service on Sunday, June 1. The following info is needed:
- Full Name
- Name of School
- Graduation Date
- Name of Degree (if applicable)
- Future plans/Future education/Career path
- Will you be at the service on June 1?
Summer Kids Club

Building B
Summer Kids Club is for age 3 to upcoming 6th graders. You may register your child on the first night they attend. Kids will learn a Bible lesson, sing songs and play games. Our directors this year are Pastor Seth Peterson and Marykate Johns.
We need volunteers to help each Wednesday (or on a rotation). If you are interested in helping, you may sign up in the foyer or see Pastor Seth Peterson (speterson@khbc.org) or Marykate Johns.
2025 Soccer Camp workers needed!
Monday, June 16 - Friday, June 20 | 6:30-8:30pm
Worker signup is now available! We will need around 100 volunteers! You may fill out a form in the church foyer and drop it in the box provided, or you may use the Breeze link by CLICKING HERE. You may find out more details and watching last year's recap video on our soccer camp page by CLICKING HERE. A workers' orientation meeting and dinner will be held on Wednesday, June 11 at 6:30pm. More information will be emailed to workers when the time gets closer.
**CAMPER registration is now FULL, and our WAITING LIST is open.** CLICK HERE to sign up on the WAITING LIST. Camper registration is for boys and girls, ages 6-12. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.
Cookies Needed for Soccer Camp
Each year, we need several volunteers to bake cookies for our Hospitality Team to use. These cookies will be handed out to the families who stay to observe the camp each night. If you can assist in this way, please sign up in the church foyer. Cookies should be dropped off in the church office by Monday, June 16. (Please do not make cookies with nuts in them)
